First Visit

When you arrive for your first appointment, you’ll be welcomed and checked in by our friendly front office team. We’ll review your health history, and then introduce you to Dr. Roby, with whom you’ll sit down and discuss your dental goals, both immediate and years down the road. The doctor will perform a brief intraoral exam, TMD exam, and use an intraoral camera display to show you what’s going on inside your mouth. After taking X-rays, Dr. Roby will present the best options for achieving your healthy, beautiful smile, and decide with you what treatment plan to implement.

If your treatment is more extensive or will be occurring in phases, we’ll schedule your follow-up visits at this time. In some cases, however, we’ll be able to schedule a same-day professional cleaning.

Insurance & Payment Options

We accept cash, check, Visa, and Mastercard as payment for your balance. In addition, we offer a 5% discount for cash and local check, and a 10% discount for seniors 63 and older with no dental insurance. If you are interested in a Payment Plan, one is available for our patients through Care Credit. You can pick up an application form in our Longmont office, or you can go on line and fill out an application before you come to the office.
